“Be the change you wish to see in the world.”- Mahatma Ghandi
Every purchase we make has an impact on the world. Purchases based on Fair Trade create demand for a fairer world by showing we value not just a “product” — but also the lives of the people behind it.

Mayor Jerry Fried & Grace sharing a locally grown organic watermelon.
One of the reasons that Terra came into being was to bring locally grown, organic food produced by small farmers from the field to the plate. This has always included education and in particular, calling attention to the food that we feed our families. This summer, we supported and participated in Slow Food's EAT IN at the Van Vleck.
