White & White Tea Blends

White Tea is a group of semi-oxidized teas that can only be made according to a unique withering process. White teas are not fired or rolled like other teas and are the least processed of all the types of tea. White Teas have less bitterness than other teas and are more forgiving of water temperature and brewing time than green tea. Compared to other teas, white teas are very low in caffeine when brewed according to brewing recommendations

Yellow

Traditional yellow tea areas produce yellow teas using small leaf green tea bushes. Whereas green teas are quickly dried after firing, yellow teas are piled and partially fermented after firing and prior to the final drying process, in order to remove grassy and sharp notes common in green tea.
